Enjoy the outdoors with your hound(s). These running grounds are complete fenced for safety. Your basset will experience the thrill of trailing hare in open woods. There will be experienced bassets acting as role models for your dog.
All basset hounds and their owners are invited - no experience is needed. You do not need to be a club member - everyone is invited!
Dogs do not need to be AKC registered and can be spayed, neutered or intact. Spectators are also welcome - no fee!
Event will be held rain or shine. Wear warm, old clothes and watertight footwear. Bring your own lunch and drinks. There is a heated clubhouse with indoor restrooms. Refrigerator is available and the hosts will serve coffee and donuts.
